Israeli forces shoot dead an Egyptian at border

An Egyptian Bedouin was shot dead by Israeli forces while he was trying to cross the border illegally into Israel, Egyptian security sources told the Deutsche Presse Agentur dpa on Thursday. Ayesh Suleiman, 32, was killed late Wednesday while trying to pass from the Sinai Peninsula into Israel. Israeli forces handed the body over to the Egyptian authorities on Thursday.   more
