Arthur Schipper

Arthur is a New Yorker who spent half of his life in Manhattan, and the other half traveling the world under the care of his Dutch dimplomatic parents, living in Tokyo, Seoul, Beijing, Taipei, and The Hague. He is a member of the liberal arts honor society Phi Beta Kappa, earning his BA in 2006, graduating magna cum laude from NYU with deparmental honors from the Philosophy department and the Politics department. He is currently in the process of getting his PhD in Philosophy from University College London.



His main research interests are Metaphysics, Philosophy of Mind, Political Philosophy, the philosophy of David Hume, and Marxism. His other interests include film, traveling, music, and fine wines.
