Jammu and Kashmir: Senior Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader and Member Legislative Assembly (MLA), Bijbihara, Abdul Rehman Veeri said that government of the day is responsible for Kashmir Pandit (KP) apathy and answerable thereof. He was addressing a meeting at Jagti tenements organized by party leaders including Nazir Ahmad Laway district president Kulgam and senior leader PDP R. K Pardesi.
While addressing Rehman said that government should not treat KP brethren as second class citizen but should provide basic amenities uninterrupted to them. He said that all the issues pertaining to KPs would be highlighted in the ensuing assembly session.
Nazir Ahmad Laway asked KP brethren to support PDP and see the difference in approach and treatment. He said that KPs are well versed to ascertain the happenings of future so it is imperative for them to choose a path leading to right direction. R.K.Pardesi senior leader, Ashok Sidda Vice President Minority, Ashok Bhat President Minority Cell also addressed the gathering on the occasion.
