The Scarlet Project, a gossip site at the University of Nebraska, posted photos of wrestlers, Paul Donahoe and Kenny Jordan posing nude for a gay website, which subsequently got them kicked off the school’s wrestling team.
According to NCAA rules, student athletes such as Paul Donahoe, are not allowed to "knowingly let pictures of themselves used for commercial purposes" and are "ineligible to compete" if any compensation is accepted for use of their images.
The Scarlet Project stated that" Both video and photo, capture the duo [Paul Donahoe and Kenny Jordan] undressing, showering and masturbating, among other graphic actions, for the website fratmen.tv." The Scarlet Project originally posted the photos, but has since removed them from the site.
Mark Manning, Paul Donahoe and Kenny Jordan’s former coach, released a statement saying, "The history of behavior of these men, including the current matter, does not reflect the standard of excellence we aspire to on and off the mat." There is no word as of yet that says whether Donahoe and Jordan plan to fight the school’s decision."
