50000 jobs for whom, KPs being ignored just 3000: Pandits
It sounds mocking but the fact of matter is that J&K Chief
Minister Omar Abdullah during his Independence speech to people of state
announced that he will be recruiting 50000 youth in various public services
departments. But question arise that despite announcement by Prime Minister Dr Manmohan
Singh for appointing 6000 Kashmiri Pandit youth in various public serving departments several years ago
at Akhnoor and Katra towns during his visit to state remains unfulfilled.
“One month ago, selection of 3000 youth was carried out in a way
as it did not look like a package but forced deployment for bondage slaves. As
anybody who qualifies in interview would have to submit undertaking that
despite all odds he or she will not leave the Valley, where they were supposed
to serve, said Pt R K Bhat Chief Youth All India Kashmiri Samaj. He said that
it is worth shame for India and its people as PM is being insulted not only by opposition
political outfit Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Separatists but also by
ruling NC-Congress regime. He said whenever, concerned ministers and bureaucrats
were approached for package announced by PM, they used to react as if PM was enforcing
agency not the pride and dignity of billions and trillions of Hindus.
Meanwhile Omar Abdullah in his so called Independence Day of India
speech to people of Kashmir said “While Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh has
constituted C Rangarajan Committee
to address the unemployment problem in Jammu and
Kashmir, on the occasion of the holy days of Ramadan, I announce that state
government will engage 50,000
in government within the next few months to
improve public delivery system ".
approached Revenue Minister, Raman Bhalla for the purpose but he was helpless
to even answer the queries and addressing the issue was about day dreaming.
Bhalla rejected proposal of employment announced by PM by saying that no funds
are available with government. Then from where Omar will arrange funds for recruiting
50000 youths of state” said national spokesperson Panun Kashmir and added that
Indian and state dispensations only understand the language of violence to
which community should think about.
Despite repeated efforts Revenue Minister, Raman
Bhalla was not available for comments; it seemed that he may have left to Ladakh
for rescue operations, as being known as leader of masses in the state of
J&K. when contacted Chief Minister at his cell number 9419000786 for
comment, ‘it replied that no such number exists’. Even advisor to CM Devinder
Rana’s cell number 9419000011 was not in existence. Then, to clarify the doubts
of confusion when Dy. CM Tara Chand was contacted he amazingly said that he has
no whereabouts of the developments. He added that he will confirm, as anything,
whatever is being said tomorrow how come one says it tonight? Mess all the way stop it or face it forever!
