A fire accident purposely created by the prisoner of a central jail in Santiago Del Estero region, Argentina took the lives of 29 prisoners. 10 hostages who were seriously hurt were being admitted to the hospital. The prisoners intentionally set fire to their cells to distract the attention of jail authorities, so as to escape. Even though some portions of the jail got damaged, none of them could escape.
