Chennai, November 2nd, 2012: Ajuba Solutions, a premier provider of healthcare revenue cycle management services to healthcare institutions has inaugurated its newest facility in Chennai. The 400 seater facility which is located at AKDR Towers, Old Mahabalipuram Road, was inaugurated today by Mr. Nicholas Manring, Chief of Consular Services, U.S. Consulate General, Chennai. Mr. Tony Mira, Founder and Group CEO, Ajuba Solutions, Ms. Sue Mira, Chief Operating Officer, Ajuba International LLC, Ms. Donna Perry, Vice- President, Operations, Ajuba International LLC, along with the Directors of Ajuba Solutions were present at the inauguration.
Speaking at the inauguration of the company’s sixth facility, Mr. Tony Mira, said “The continued growth of the healthcare industry in US has increased the amount of opportunities for Ajuba. Currently we have about 2,300 employees in Ajuba, India and the number could grow by about 30% to 40 % by the end of 2013. The inauguration of the facility will cater to meet increased client demand”. He also added, saying “Ajuba is looking for an additional facility in South India as part of its expansion plans in India and is evaluating to identify the location conducive for operations”.
The healthcare provider outsourcing market of which Ajuba is a major player, is expected to grow at the rate of 31.9 % till 2016. The requirements of the industry are also changing with an increasing thrust on quality and ability to adapt to the trends in the industry such the ICD-10 transition. The healthcare reforms will also provide an additional 30 million more people with health insurance, and the implementation of electronic medical records across all hospitals and medical centers in the US. All these changes will put tremendous pressure on the existing US healthcare lacking in adequate staffing to help process these claims. The expansion plans of Ajuba have been aimed at catering to the industry developments and also to serve additional segments such as Healthcare Payors and Life sciences.
