Anaesthetics can posssibly cause a temporary and permanent loss of the memory although not all patients go through with such. However, to be on the safe side, after anesthetics in any way at all, you should try Folic acid, eye q, Ginger and Gingko biloba for up to four weeks. (Always check with your Consultant or Therapist before taking any form of exercise and medicines)
You can also try Glucosamine Sulphate so as to strengthen the ligaments and joints. The Glucosamine Sulphate is possibly the equivalent of the English Stem Cells.
Of course, after every Anaesthetic, one has to give it a few days to weeks before taking any other tablets. It is also the time to wash the body in full body mud as you supplement with herbal tablets and capsules. (preferably, from three months after)
Body massage should accompany body mud so as to get the best in increase in blood flow.
Have the hair washed in hair scalp mud and with shampoo at least once a month, so as to wash off impurities, or as desired.
Martial Arts is another way of keeping the body in shape and strengthening the bones and joints.
