ANGER ……..HOW TO CONTROL?
A matchstick has a head made from powdered chemicals. Just strike it against the side of the box and the stick burst into flame. Aren’t we at time behaving in a similar fashion let a small single thing go against our wishes and see what happens.
Anger is a brief madness, and slow poison, said some one. According to experts, anger could adversely affect intellect, veins, intestine, work efficiency, digestive system, heart and lever problem to name a few. In other words anger have a toxic affect on the mind and body. Some effective ways to curb anger are-
1. Handle situation maturely; many a times, we allow things of little importance to over power us. We vary easily loose our temper over insignificant matter. No matter if you over slept, the food taste awful. The news paper vendor is late…..don’t loose your cool. Patience and Prudential will help you deal with that situation in a constructive manner.
2 Self analysis; whenever something angers you, sit by yourself and contemplate. Introspect; find out what made you lose your temper. Recall those circumstances and tern them over in your mind. You would definitively realize your irrational conduct and regret your behavior.
3. Delayed response/reaction; try to stretch to the extent possible, the time gap before you react. Whenever you get a feeling that the other person’s behavior would ignite anger in you, immediately move out of that place and if that is not possible then try changing the topic of discussion. Never commit blunder of reacting immediately.
At last, to fully control anger, a perfect and unfailing remedy is knowledge of self.
