I went to Burgs as I had heard that it was a Gourmet Burger Joint. My sister tagged along with me as she had nothing to do at home. At first look it looks very peaceful and it is very cozy and comfortable. The menu was very diverse and there was a lot to choose from both Veg as well as Non Veg. The specially liked the menu as it had Indian burgers too which we don’t see in good food joints.
I scrolled the menu and I ordered the “Big Burg” since I am a big beef fan and that was certainly the most attractive burger. My sister who is a very conscious about her looks took her time and decided to order the “Corn Colonel”. We took our burgers and took our seat. The “Big Burg” certainly is very big in size and it did not let me down when I took my first bite. The two tenderloin patties, layered with classic béarnaise sauce and caramelized shoe string onions was heavenly. It was a total treat and for beef lovers one is definitely not sufficient. My sister was rather cautious with her burger and she was taking small bites which is typical of girls who are very much look conscious.
When she finished she ordered for another one and even I ordered another “BBQ Lamb”. This time I could not wait longer as it came I gobbled it quickly. It was certainly the most delicious burger I had in a long time and my sister was of the same opinion. Now that we were full we needed something to drink and so I ordered the Strawberry Slush and my sister ordered the Peanut Butter & Jelly Shake. I got to say there was rich flavor of Strawberry in every sip.
The Burgs team advised me to taste the “Nawabi Lamb” the next time I come as they said that I would love it since I am a Non Veg fan. I have made up my mind that next time I come I will taste both “Desi Murgi” and “Notorious Pig” since they both look yummy. For those who are Beef fans I say Burgs Pune is the place and you event get the burgers at a reasonable price. I am definitely a burgs fan and I am sure there are more who will join the Burgs fan base.
