If we have to find a rare phenomenon today, it would be a person who hasn’t got angry in ages. Well, he must be a Monk for sure, for being angry seems to be the second nature of folks today.
It’s a pure emotion no doubt and people with short tempers often go to great lengths to justify their erratic behaviour. They slap someone at the heart of the moment, break their mobile phones, abuse others without thinking and then come the sorry state of regret and introspection. “I wish I hadn’t reacted that way”, is the common sentence that comes out from the so called “angry men and women”. Yeah, Anger can destroy you and others. It can shatter your personal and professional life in a matter of minutes.
This is because we are rarely in control of ourselves during bouts of temper. But why does one get anger anyway? The situation, your own anathema against the society, people and the world, the injustice in every walk of life, your horrid past or does it stem from our own insecurities? It’s a sad thing to say, but millions of men today suffer from disorders which bother them to a great end. Some disorders do not have a permanent cure and can only be treated on a temporary basis.
A man who is suffering from erectile failures is bound to get dejected and worried all the time. It’s natural because he is unable to get a normal sexual arousal and it might be quite scary. You won’t be surprised if such a person might become the epitome of anger as his disorder becomes worse. But why torture yourself when medicines like Viagra have come to the rescue of man for more than 10 years. You have a remedy, so use it.
Don’t let anger consume, as it should be the other way round. Just Live in Peace.
