In the fast approaching of qualitative change in the business and market trends in the era of globalization, the young managers must take a global approach to the business success and stability with innovative ideas in ever growing competition, said LIC Chief Branch Manager Mr. Swaminathan.
He participated as the chief guest in ‘Manvits-2K15’ Event, (National Level Management Meet) which was organized by Vaagdevi Institute of Technology and Science (VITS) on March 7. Emphasizing the business success in the international market, the Chief Branch Manager said that the young business men must recognize the needs of consumer and emerging global trends to compete with the best in the world with the combination of information and technology. There is a chance to stand globally successful, if you convert the worldwide changes positively into your business advantage, he hinted.
VITS Correspondent Mr. G Hussain Reddy advised that the students of management should transform their negative thinking into positive course with their optimistic attitude. Students who suffer many hardships in life will have a bright future in the business field, he observed. He exhorted the students to thrive on honesty and discipline in business.
VITS Principal Dr. N Kumara Swamy said that the success of business lies in taking the right decision at the right time. Knowledge of business analysis and innovative ideas can further strengthen the business success, he added.
Later, they conducted Event Galaxy comprising Young Manager, B-Quiz, Marketing, Paper Presentation, Short Films, Management Games and Cultural Activities.
HDF Bank Manager Mr. Amarnath Reddy gave away prizes and cash rewards to the winners. Programme Convener Mr. B Sudhir Kumar said that 100 students participated in the National Level Management Meet.
