Breaking news today: American congress just passed unanimously the 28th constitutional amendment: people whose IQ is below 80 cannot be the presidential candidate. When asked by journalists if such kind of amendment is discriminative or whether IQ test is even scientific, one senator shook his head, saying:”Sorry, we just cannot afford it”.
