Insomnia – means that you have hard to fall asleep,or that you are frequent awake.
Hypersomni – means abnormal sleepiness that results in a need to sleep during the day.
Often,the snoring and breathing stay behind fatigue.
Narcolepsi – means uncontrollable sudden episodes of sleep,which often occurs daily.
Parasomni – means sleep walking,sudden spasms,bruxism and sleep paralysis.

How to sleep well.
* Go to bed at the same time every day.
* Go up at the same time every day.
* The bedroom should be well ventilated.
* Take a powernap on 15 minutes.
* Physical activity is good.
* Don´t eat or drink late in the evening.
* If you can´t sleep,drink hot milk.
