Today, I am going to share a new easy recipe of chicken. As family demanded daily new chicken dishes to eat with spicy touch of masala and eggs. if you ever tried recipe of chicken curry recipe first then you must try recipe of me, you will really enjoyed my recipe ingredients taste.my recipe is scrambled of eggs, chicken, potatoes and yogurt. this recipe is beneficial for health and contain Vitamins which are necessary for body.doctors are also counseled to eat 1 egg daily and this recipe is making by the use of eggs. Chicken Curry ingredients:
whole chicken 1 or 1 kg
green chillies 6
black pepper corn 1 tsp
green cardamoms 4
turmeric powder 1 tsp
yogurt 1/2 cup
ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
hot spices powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
dried plumbs 50 gram
fresh coriander(chopped) 2 tbsp
water 3 cups
salt 1 tsp
oil 1/2 cup
fresh coriander, dried onion for sprinkling
1). boil the eggs, fry onions and chopped the fresh coriander.
2). blend onion ginger, garlic, turmeric, green chillies, cumin, yogurt and salt in a blender.
3). Heat oil in an earthenware pot and fry cardamoms, pepper and blender masala.
4). Add water and when it comes to boil add chicken and plumbs; cover with lid.
5). Seal edges with dough and cook on low flame for half hour.
6). Add eggs, hot spices and coriander; dish out.
