“Post April 12, 2010 things have changed all together. We were forced to call of strike due to non cooperation of certain employees association and now it is imperative for us to think twice before extending support with out proper consensus” Trade Union leader, Gafoor Dar said. He said that he and his association is always there to fight for employees and it was only today when a massive rally was taken out by daily wages of various departments in favor of their demand of regularization, here at Lal Mandi. Few government agents are ruining the cause of employees for their vested interests otherwise if four and half lakh employees unite and along with their families and relatives more than fifty lakh people would come on the roads, he added. Dar asked if more half of total population is against government then who voted to them in power. He said that some employees are agents of government and continue their trade even during election period and through bogus voting makes their masters happy, while scarifying cause of employees collectively.

While expressing his expectations Alam said that the show would impressive and united. He urged upon the chief minister, Omar Abdullah to intervene personally to address the issues as employees are well wishers of his government and want him to rule successfully. He said that employees are not anti government but government is trying to divide and mislead the employees.
