Srinagar, June 26 (Scoop News)-With no further precipitation in catchments areas of Kashmir valley, Flood levels in Jhelum are receding gradually so no need to panic, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Asgar Samoon said in a massage.
He said that in next few hours levels may recede further. Srinagar city is safe. Officials are vigilant at all vulnerable places and at control room.
At sangam flood levels are down by almost 2 ft and at Ram Munshibagh it is almost 21.6 ft and receding.
All concerned departments are on alert today till levels are down,Samoon said.
Divisional Commissioner asked to Citizens living in low lying areas may remain vigilant but don’t panic.(Scoop News)

Sangam = 26.10 ft.
RM.bagh = 21.65 ft.
Asham = 14.25 ft.
