- Fresh cream 2packetMilk 1/ 2 cup.
- Cream cheese 1cup.
- Eggs 1cup.
- Salt as needed.
- Sugar tablespoon.
- Pineapple 1cup.
- Mango 1cup.
- sponge(Aspench) cake 1.
- Heat the oven at 180 C.
- Now First we make sponge cake.
- Mix 1 /2 backing powder in 6 tablespoon of maida flour and screening(chanh lena ya saaf krna) the mixture.
- Take three eggs albumen, Add crushed sugar in it and beat mixture in electric beater.and when look some hard then add eggs yolk in it.
- Now add little amount of maida flour and stir.and add 1 teaspoon vanilla essences in it.
- Add mixture in ring pan and put it oven over 180 C for twenty to 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and left for cool at room temperature.
- To make Filing first put fresh cream in a cup and left for cool.
- Now and milk in it and beat with electric beater.
- Mix cream cheese with egg and beat it.add sugar and salt in it, stir.
- Now put the mixture in a pan heat the pan over low heat and also stir. heat 2 to 3 minutes then remove from heat.
- Cool the cream cheese and then mix with beaten cream.
- Now put this mixture over the cake and left for cool in a fridge.
when cake look a hard shape then remove from fridge decorate upper layer of cake with fruits and again cool.Now German cheesecake is cooked.Now put melted chocolate at the corners of the cake .German cheesecake is ready to serve .
