The Government Nursing Officers Union has decided to file a petition before the Human Rights Commission in Colombo on this Friday (23) against the Health Ministry’s Decision to recruit Nursing Students who were not studied Science Stream to the Hospitals in North and the East.
According to the President of Nursing Officers Union Mr.Saman Ratnapriya Under the Nursing Constitution the Nursing Students recruited for Nurses Training in Government Nursing Schools should have passed Advanced Level Examination in Science Stream.
