Microsoft has rushed an emergency fix on its internet Explorer after it has been discovered that a mistake actually allows hackers to take over PCs!
This flaw was found last week and the attacks have been spreading dramatically.
Malware is what is used by cyber criminals which are installed onto people’s computers without them knowing!
The software connects to servers and passes on confidential information.
The malware has been infected into many websites as much as 10,000 sites and it also runs a JavaScript which detects when the sites are being accessed.
Users have been told by Microsoft to keep your security settings at high and putting Vista onto protected mode!
