Things to do on a Monday morning:
1.Get up early if possible or arrange on Sunday evening so that you can have a longer sleep in the morning. This will make your moning less hassled and will keep you calm.
2. Have a quick fix breakfast so that you do not have to spend time on getting it ready.
3. Go to work on time. This will make your day seem endless with more time in hand to do the work.
4. Try to write a "to do" list on Friday . This is will help you on Monday becaues after the weekend your memory will not retain all from the previous week..
5.Have something good to ear for lunch. This will pep you up for the afternoon.
6. Plan a relaxed evening and something you like to do for the evening. this will make you look forward to your Mondays.
7. Now when Monday is over go back to the routine on Tuesday whigh will be easier since your body has got adjusted for the weekday routine.
