The last few years were so much of a tribulations of woe and misery to the Indian fans. In the world cup their team was the first to bow out and this brought out so much despair among the fans . I who was a fan finally decided not to watch cricket in TV . while my family was watching I used to shout at them to close the TV .Of course now I keep grinning that we have reached a milestone by beating the Aussies in their own home ground and that to at one -dayers.
As we win the first match I kept my fingers crossed that we should not bungle and win the cup and now my prayers are answered. Not only mine and many ohers.
