Jora while visiting Jammu Tawi Golf Course, Sidhra and took stock of various ongoing works, said that Jammu Tawi Golf Course is being development at an estimated cost of Rs. 41.28 crore in which the first nine holes have been created at a cost of Rs. 20.29 crore are operational. The Golf Course is being developed with latest facilities of international standards and will give a fillip to Golf Tourism in the state, he added.
He instructed the officers that the work on back nine holes should be completed by the end of this financial. He also laid emphasis on undertaking plantation in the premises of Golf Course so that a green and clean atmosphere is ensured to the players and the visitors as well.
