The Joint Forum of Kashmiri Pandit organisations observed Balidan Divas (Martyr’s Day)by conducting a Shrandhanjali programme today at Martand Surya Bhawan, Ploura Jammu. The programme was preceded by a Hawan by the Amar Balidan Trust at the same venue and followed by a massive procession and demonstration. The programme was presided over by A.N.Vaishnavi, President, All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference. Ashwani Kumar Chrungoo, President, Panun Kashmir presented the key note address while H.L.Chatta, General Secretary-ASKPC conducted the proceedings of the programme. Those who attended and spoke in the programme included S/ R.K.Raina, Sr. Vice President-ASKPC, D.N.Kissu, Chairman-NCMCC, Virender Raina, National Spokesperson-PK, Upinder Kaul, Secretary-PK, B.L.Thusoo, J.L.Tikoo, Bharat Bhushan Bhat, and B.L.Pandita.
