CHITRAL: All arrangements are ready for faire and free election at Chitral said District Returning Officer (District Session Judge) Syed Zamardu Shah. He said that election material along with ballot papers were shifted to their respective polling stations under strict custody and security of Chitral police and Chitral Scouts (paramilitary forces). He said that legal action was taken against Saifur Rehman presiding officer Booni (Assistant Professor Govt. Degree College Booni) who reused from election duty and not obey order of this office. He said that security forces have been deployed at each polling station and there would be no problem for voters. Waqas Ahmed Malik district election commissioner told this scribe that some 257 presiding officer, 1284 assistant presiding officer and 642 polling officers have been deployed for election 2013 duty. He said that Election Commission is trying of best to assure faire and free election of 2013. Responding to a question he said that some polling stations are sensitive hence we hope that there would be problem for voters.
