On December 30, 2013 UniPixel Inc announced that its Chief Executive Officer had resigned.
Shares of UniPixel Inc (NASDAQ:UNXL) declined from $38.70 per share in late April 2013 to as low as $4.90 per share in early April 2014.
On September 29, 2014 NASDAQ:UNXL shares closed at $6.38 per share.
