Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office says a 58-year-old man from Anaheim, Henry Reid, has pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit grand theft.
Prosecutors say between 1999 and 2004, the man sold parts of donated cadavers to another man, Ernest Nelson, who then resold them to medical and research facilities.
The man will be sentenced in January to to four years and four months in prison, also agreeing to repay up to $1 million to the UCLA cadaver program.
His attourney has stated he has no desire to comment.
