Home Attendant Care (HAC) has hired two new managers for their Bellingham and Burlington Washington offices. They have been brought on to provide additional support for at-home care clients throughout Whatcom, Skagit, Island, and San Juan counties.
“We are thrilled to add these compassionate and educated professionals to our management team. Jim Darling and Trynn Dionne have already shared a wealth of knowledge and decades of experience with our entire care team. We feel the skills and training they bring to HAC will directly benefit senior citizens who choose our company for personal care services,” shares Debbie Gann, director of Home Attendant Care.
Jim Darling, RN MS Ed CCM joined HAC as the company’s new community resource liaison. His focus is on connecting seniors with the best local and national resources available. Darling also hosts Home Attendant Care’s information booth at trade shows and represents the company at networking events.
Prior to working for HAC, Darling’s experiences included serving in the US Air Force, graduating from Florida State University, becoming a Registered Nurse, and working in the health care industry for 40 years. He holds a graduate degree in education, making him qualified to teach health-related workshops and classes on behalf of HAC.
Trynn Dionne, MSW recently returned from California to be near her aging parents. During her 40+ year career, she has received extensive training on ethics and earned a Masters of Social Work.
As a case manager, it is Dionne’s job to ensure seniors receive thorough in-home evaluations, and to develop personalized care plans for each client. She also oversees the at-home services provided and acts as a liaison between clients, family members and physicians.
