"Paveway IV is providing us with best technology for operations of its with its all weather day and night bombing capacity. The paveway IV has the capacity of providing the flexibility to our pilots in mid-flight and with the change on the ground surface where target has to be hit.
The weopon known as paveway IV, is half weighting in comparision of paveway 2 which is currently used on harriers and tornadoes GR4s.
This weopen is also fitted with proximity sensors for detonation of the weopen above target. This allows the pilot to select the best means of maximising the effect of 227 kg warhead.
