A third disaster to hit the Philippines in weeks was minimized to small portion of the Northern most tip of the country. With no reported deaths as of noon Saturday
Albeit ,some reports of flooding and crop damage in Abra, Cagayan, and, Islabela provinces.
So far disaster officials did say there was some reports of damage incidents in the Babuyan and Batanes group of islands which is still under storm signal No.2
On mainland Luzon, there have been reported as from storm surge and flooding of the Abra river. The most visual damage seen was a coastal sea wall which collapse in Isabela, Cagayan and some flooding reports.
But overall per the NDCC the storm had minimal impact on Northern Luzon when compared to Tyhoon Pepeng (Parma) of two weeks prior.
