Poor Emotional health and Remedies

The body responds to the way we think and act. This ‘mind-
body’ connection gets disrupted whenever we are distressed,
anxious or upset. Emotional imbalance then affects the
psychological health in the train.
Back pain ,appetite
disruptions ,chest pain ,constipation or diarrhea, dry
mouth, extreme fatigue, headaches and general aches,
elevated blood pressure, insomnia, light headedness, racing
heart(palpitation), sexual problems, shortness of breaths,
stiff neck, sweating, upset stomach, weight gain or loss
are physical signs that affirm your emotional
imbalance.
Emotional crisis attenuates your immune
system thereby making you prone to colds and other
infections. People tend to give up exercising, nutritional
foods and medicines during periods of stress. Some people
find temporary pleasure in alcohol, tobacco and drugs
thereby giving an open invitation to troubles.
One needs
to have a good emotional health to have a healthy image of
oneself and cope up with stress of everyday life. Some tips
to have a better emotional health:
Half the stress is
thwarted off when one doesn’t keeps the feelings of stress,
grief or anxiety to himself, instead shares them with the
loved ones. Their support is the biggest healing tonic
during such times.
Meditation, yoga and other relaxation
methods may provide healing and nurturing to the
deteriorating mind. Family doctor’s advice is
welcome.
Its important to deal with the negative
feelings but focusing on positive things in life will give
a healthy dimension to your tired mind and the body will
respond beneficially to the positive energy.
Its
important to give your body the necessary care by following
your regular routine and having healthy food, having enough
sleep and exercising instead of overeating or abusing drugs
and alcohol.

A good health is not just about a
healthy physical appearance but emotional health and
healing is far more an integral part for a person to be
truly healthy.
