I’d like to again feel passions we’d often felt,
the warmth of our bodies, hot enough to melt.
A closeness of knowing we’ve bonded our lives,
free to express our emotions, ideas, and dislikes.
An offering to live rapturous times over again,
with days of youthful feelings living deep within.
Hold on to each other as we’d plan our lives,
see triumphs, failures, and a lot of victories.
Mark one goal after another to experience a fiery
like two giggly teenagers in love and in a hurry.
Months of elation and knotty happenings,
indorsed our solid commitments to our likings.
A genuine union built of love and overall intent
to escape the hazards of losing a commitment.
Share an everlasting sensitivity to our eternal love,
enjoy all the blessings that came from up above.
A tender touch of flesh and a kiss on the lips
signified happiness caused our hearts to skip.
I’d like to experience the passions we once felt,
warmth of bodies, hot enough to want to melt.
A love grew, and grew, and grew to keep it alive,
enlarged our hearts to be together until the day we die.
I’d like to experience the passions we once felt…
