Taliban is a hardcore Islamic Organisation took birth in Afghanistan. After so many killings and war in Afghanistan it was driven out by NATO forces.It shifted its activity from Afghanistan to North western Frontier Province(NWFP) in Pakistan and gradually increased its strength and influence in NWFP particularly in Swat valley.Pakistan Government could not do anything ,kept mom particularly in uprising period of Taliban. The nation had to pay the price. Taliban formulated its own law and killed many innocent people like dancers,women in name of Islam. Even it prohibited girls to go to school,who went were beaten. Schools were blown . Recently a secret aggrement was signed between Taliban and Pakistan Government in which
shaariyat law(Islamic law) was imposed in NWFP particularly in Swat,once called as the switzerland of Pakistan. In this law the justice or brutal punishment for crime will be given to people by a Kagi(religious leader).It seems NWFP is not now in Pakistan. Many are leaving their home from Swat to other cities in Pakistan. Talibanis are moving with their arms everywhere. Today news is that Pakistan Government is planning to induct talibanis to their police force. Taliban has its own radio station by which Taliban leaders speak their voices and instructions to the people of NWFP.
Source of fund for Taliban
Cultivation of opium in Afghanistan and Pakistan give money and arms to Taliban. Taliban get a measure share from the cultivators of opium and transform those opium in to heroine and other intoxicated drugs. It sells those drugs and in return purchases amunitions.
Action taken by America
Till date 23 Drone(un manned bomber plane) attacks has been done. 6(SIX) Drone attacks were made since Obama became president. 24 people died by the attack yesterday
Global threat
Taliban is considered as a global threat because of its support to dangerous terrorist organization AL-QUIDA,Which has a global network and responsible for incidents like 9/11 and many suicidal terrorism.
