A young screenwriter said she is going to sue Stephenie Meyer, the author of the popular "The Twilight Saga", for plagiarism.
The similarities between the two books, according to Williams, include the wedding, the sex-on-the-beach scene and the incredibly painful change from human to vampire.
In "Breaking down", Twilight heroin Bella Swan married her beloved vampire Edward Cullen, and had a baby with him before she was turned into a blood sucker.
Meyer said she’d never heard of "The Nocturne". Her publisher Hachette Book Group rebukes Scott in a statement for her intention to "ride the coattails of such success."
The Twilight books have sold 70 million copies worldwide so far, according to Hachette.
The attorney Williams denied the rebuke, and suggested fans should read the two books to judge by themselves.
Scott plans to file a copyright infringement lawsuit against Meyer within two weeks in US federal court.
