Some really dedicated Twilight fans, or Twilighters, held a Twilight symposium last weekend at the Summer School in Forks,Washington, where the vampire-human romantic story took place in the book by Stephenie Meyer.
By paying US$300, couple Twilighters could experience every thing Edward Cullen and Bella Swan did in the book – attending the classes, having dinners, driving in the town and even dance at a real-time prom, reported People.
In the real world, Forks, a small export-dependent town of around 3,000 people has had some real financial troubles due to the economic crisis. But now, as Twilight blogger Kaleb Nation puts it, the book/movie has changed the town into "a Twilight tourism economy."
