As an “Evangelic writer” I am called by Almighty God. I am called to fulfill God’s Holy Will. I take this calling extremely seriously and will never shirk my duties when called upon.
I am called to write and sometimes to speak to, the topics God desires addressed and share God’s thoughts, God’s knowledge, God’s wisdom, and to share these with any and all of God’s people who are willing to listen.
As an evangelist writing for God, I am asked by God to take paths with my writings that are not popular with others, but I am not out to win any popularity contest but, I am out to please God by sharing God’s Holy Truth.
I can never tell you where, (Book, Chapter, and, Verse) to locate any certain scripture, but I can quote the scripture as revealled to me by the Holy Spirit and locate the verses sooner or later to substantiate the quotation.
I figure if God had desired me to be able to regurgitate the location of a specific verse, God would have taught that to me. Besides it is the verse or verses themselves that are important, not their location.
I sometimes refer to myself as a “Modern day John the Baptist” who was one of the many prophets chosen by God to teach for God to the people of earth.
When I write as an evangelist, it is neither my thoughts or ideas, nor, my words which I write, for I am but an instrument of God relying upon the Holy Spirit to relate to me what God desires revealled.
God instructs the Holy Spirit concerning whatever topic or scripture God desires dealt with at that time, and the Holy Spirit, works through me and my hands at the keyboard to spell out that which God has chosen.
As a rule, most of the things I write, the topics I am asked to deal with, are pretty much straight-forward and self explanitory, not requiring any explanations, or defending, but, there is always an exception to the rule.
For instance I have been asked by God to deal with wrongful teachings, wrongful policies or practices usually carried on by the Roman Catholic Chrurch such as infant baptism, or, confessing to a priest.
The Roman Catholic Church even speaks out against the usage of the King James Version of The Holy Bible, calling it Protestant, so when I discuss this with some priest I ask if Jesus is a Protestant, because Jesus went against the Jewish teachings such as healing on the Sabbath.
Then there is the apointment of women as ministers or pastors, as instituted by many Protestant denominations today.
These policies and practices are not backed up by any Bible Scripture, yet they have a tendency to use scripture to try and substantiate their position by mis-quoting scripture, or using scripture to redirect their people away from God’s Truth.
It then falls upon me as a Christian, or other Christian evangelists like me to, listen to God for his opinion and then write or speak God’s truth so that others can be corrected, or shown the error of their ways, or, even prevented from taking the wrong path.
The stands I have been asked by God to take are extremely unpopular stands at times, but when God my Creator and my Holy Father require me to take such a stand, without hesitation I do so.
Why? Simply because my Father God asks it of me.
From Noah to Malachi, from John the Baptist to John the beloved Apostle to Paul, all were asked of God to take the path less easy to carryout God’s Will whether it came from The Father or from Jesus. I am not as blessed as they were by God, but I am no less a child and servant to God as they were.
As I say to others. I am not doing what I do to win any popularity contest, nor am I trying to win any special “Brownie Points” with God. I am, plain and simply obeying my Father God, trying my best to be like Jesus who allowed himself to be sacrificed to please The Father by fulfilling the scriptures to the letter. Serving God and winning souls provides a reward that is unparalelled by any fading reward that man can offer me.
God rewards faithfulness and obedience in many ways none of which are temporary earthly rewards but with spiritual rewards which may be useless to mankind.
