Addressing a function to mark the World Sisterhood Day, also celebrated as thinkers’ day, the Minister said the movement has played pioneering role in inculcating values of discipline, patriotism and nationalism among students in general and scouts and girl guides in particular.
Reminding students of his school day association with the scout movement, Taj asked them to join the scouts movement and be a part of it to shine the innate capabilities of a person. He said the strict regime of the movement breeds in self confidence and discipline among students from a young age.
