Chennai: Ajuba Solutions, a premier Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Company in the city organized Ajuba Culturals 2011, an extravagant display of music, style, dance and unique talents by the employees. The competitions were adjudged by some of the prominent names from the entertainment industry. The guest judges were Ujjayinee Roy for music, Gokulnath and Murali for Variety show, Arun Venkatraman and Rishika for fashion show and John Britto for dance. The judges were thoroughly fascinated with the quality of the talent exhibited by the employees. Kalaignar Arangam where the event was held turned festive, witnessing the grand finale with zest.
The long wait was over and the big day in the Ajuban calendar finally arrived. It was a day for the vibrant employee population at Ajuba to pull up their sleeves and showcase their multi-faceted side. In the build up to the event the auditions were avidly contested by the employees. Ms.Hema Parikh, the Director – HR said, “Ajuba culturals – 2011 is our way of building the morale of our employees. There are so many talented employees who deserve a stage. Through this platform Ajuba is recognizing their talents and helping them to realize their potential”.
The employees were actively cheered on by the top management. Tony Mira – Group CEO and founder , Donna Perry, Vice – President , USA Operations, Dr.Ganeshkumar, Director- Operations, Narasimha N K, Director- Finance and Administration, Hema Parikh, Director – Human Resources, Aravind Nadella – Senior – Director, Engineering witnessed the gala event relishing the performances. The Senior – Director, Engineering also participated in one of the events.
The day began with the tunes from Bon Jovi to Vidya Sagar being echoed in the auditorium. Limited Edition, the winning band stole the show with their thumping beats. The amazingly talented women employees played the bass guitar, the keyboard and sang with gusto too. Followed by the musicians, it was the turn of the variety artists to mesmerize the audience. Shadowgraphy which was put up by James brought out magical images from the shadows.
Next, the fashionistas took over lavishly flaunting styles from different parts of the country. Finally, it was time to shake a leg beginning with the hosts, corporate communication and the Human resources departments who gave an energetic performance. Enjoying the performances Tony Mira, the Group CEO and founder acknowledged the amazingly talented employees. The day ended on a high with a number of fabulous dance performances both solo and group.
