General Public Staged Protest against the Maoist wing YCL over Killing and abduction in Nepal

The general Public staged a protest against the Youth Communist League (YCL) a youth wing of the Maoist blaming the abduction and killing of Nirmal Pant and Pushkar Dangol who were allegedly abducted one month ago by the YCL in Nepal.
A search operation was carried out by a team of human rights activists, police officers and the relatives where the bodies of Pant and Dangol were found buried in a single pit on the bank of the Dariyal River in Pida VDC-3 of Dhading district Tuesday 18 November, 2008. The deceaseds were detained by more than 300 YCL cadres while they were returning to Kathmandu from Gorkha on October 19.
The demonstrators stage their protest at different location of Kalanki, Chabahil, Nayabazar and Lainchour where the agitators vandalized over a dozen vehicles and halted the traffic.
