People working in the Indian IT (Information Technology) Sector is facing tremendous work pressure and the number of people who are suffering with Psychological problems are increasing day by day.
According to the reports for the year 2007, 20% of the worker in the IT sector in the region of Hyderabad, are facing mental disorders due to their unability to handle the work pressure.
In a latest incident on Wednesday, an IT worker for Persistent Systems in Pune committed suicide and died. In his death note he stated that he is unable to handle the work pressure even to put his efforts best.
Is it mean that the work pressure is more or his inability to handle the work? Whatever it be the Indian IT sector is facing a dramatic pressure due to the dollar depreciation or the work load or any other cause.
