Jamat Islami observed Kashmir solidarity day

Kashmir solidarity day observed:

CHITRAL: To express solidarity with Kashmiri brethrens a protest rally and public meeting was held here at Chitral after Friday Praying under auspices of Jamait Islami Chitral like other parts of the country. As Muslims all over the world observing 5th February as Kashmir Day.  The public gathering was presided over by Maulana Ghulam Muhammad Amir Jamat Islami Chitral chapter. The speakers strongly condemned and lamented dual policy of India as well as united nation who still failed in freedom of Kashmir. They said that on one hand India claming of leader of world democracy but  on the other hand they crushing democratic rights of poor and helpless Kashmiri Muslims and occupied it illegally. They also criticized United Nation who took no action against India for illegal occupation of Kashmir. They strongly demanded for early freedom and independence of Kashmir. They also demanded from the United Nation Security Council for playing vital role in the freedom of Kashmir and for taking stern action against Indian army to withdrawn them who have occupied Kashmir illegally. They said that on 5th February Kashmir was illegally occupied by Indian Army and ended its independent status. Those who spoke on the occasion were Akhunzadar Rahmatullah Niab Ameer Jamat Islami Chitral, Maulana Siraj, Maulana Israrurud Din Al-hilal, Hidayatullah and former MPA Maulana Ghulam Muhammad. A large number of people attended the public meeting who through an unanimous resolution demanded for withdrawal of Indian military form Kashmir and its early freedom. They also demanded for promulgating right and power of expressing of view and freedom of expression for Kashmiri Muslims. Later on the protest rally and public meeting was dispersed peacefully.
