Relief Commissioner (M) notifies possession schedule of migrant quarters at Jagti

 

            Jammu, April 15 (Scoop News) –After completing the process of verification for allotment of quarters at Jagti, the Relief Organization has finalized the list of 1512 families who qualify for allotment at Jagti. After carrying out verification allotment has been made today in respect of three camps i.e Muthi, 326, Nagrota 430 and Mishriwalla 756.

            The lists have been forwarded to the concerned camp commandants for displaying the same at maximum number of places in the Camp. The Verification process in respect of Purkhoo camp has been also completed, however, the list shall be finalized within next couple of days. Possession of the quarters shall be handed over to Migrant families who are figuring in the allotment list from Monday onwards i.e 18-04-2011 daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The migrants will have to surrender the old quarters.

            The Education Department has also made necessary arrangements for providing admission to school going children. The admission process has been started by Education Department and the migrant families who are interested in getting admission of their children in Government Middle School and Higher Secondary School at Jagti are accordingly advised to approach Principal Government Higher Secondary School at Jagti for further details.

            The shifting of migrant families shall start simultaneously from all the three camps from 18-4-2011 and possession shall be given to 48 families daily from each camp i.e 144 total families on daily basis. The possession shall be handed over from Monday onwards i.e April 18, 2011 to 48 family each camp as per the S. No of the allotment list.

            The Executive Engineer and the staff of the Relief Organization at Jagti shall be provided necessary assistance to migrant families for completing necessary formalities for taking over of possession.

            All the migrants have to execute an agreement with the Relief Organization before taking over the possession. The format of the agreement is available with all the Camp Commandants.
