Role Of Managers:

In order to increase the productivity the worker is not the only character which plays the part but the ”Managers” are also responsible to made the contribution worthwhile

FIRST OF ALL THE EMPLOYERS should shift from grouping people under the generic category of "Employee" to individual human beings and term them as "Hired Workers" or "Working Partners". This is what they are. They must acknowledge them as human beings with individual needs, drives, characteristics, personalities, and acknowledge their contribution to the business success.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEES:

In addition to needs and drives, adult workers have expectations from their employer – they expect:

·         A share in the company’s success

ANOTHER STEP Acknowledge the employee’s qualities that made the contribution worthwhile and it could be done by “MOTIVATING” the employers.

Praise is a powerful motivator. The managers should give their workers genuine, specific compliments in a friendly, yet professional manner

According to our surveys we asked the people that how the workers could be best motivated?? The result were;

EQUAL TREATMENT:

 Equal treatment with zero discrimination against sex, ethnic origin and physical features is desirable in case of employees

PATERNALISTIC STYLE OF MANAGEMENT: (TEAM WORKING)

    The companies should follow the concept of “Paternalistic Style of Management” instead of “Autocratic Style of Management” in which the managers take all the decisions without the discussion with it team workers and just pass the orders to them. The concept of team working should be adopt in which each worker should have their right to give their opinions in this way they could be groom even more better

Most of these needs, expectations and aspirations are unexpressed – it is up to the employer to develop a good system of company communications, employee relations, training and development that will lead to an environment of openness, cooperation, teamwork, and motivation that will benefit all the parties involved.
