In Romania, a horse that was acting strange was stopped by the local authorities for a blood test, after he went crazy ,causing a man’s death.
“We never had such a request before. We have had demads for finding the blood type of the animals, but to find out if the animal was drunk, never.” (Romanian Police)
The owner of the horse explained that he knows nothing, as he had bought it a few hours before. The police suspected that the horse was forced to drink by the merchants as they were trying to make it look stronger.
The case has been closed,as there aren’t any laws or instructions to solve it.
