Nazim thanked for opening Sheshikoh road.
CHITRAL: Dwellers of Madaglasht and Sheshikoh thanked Nazim and Naib Nazim of Union council Sheshikoh for opening their snow bound road for light traffic partly. Yakhya Bakhtiar, Saeedullah councilors of UC sheshikoh on behalf of inhabitants of the area thanked Union administration especially Sohrab Khan Nazim and Zahid Hussain Naib Nazim of the UC. They said that due to heavy snowfall road of Madaglasht was totally blocked and was not possible to cross it especially the women folk could not travel on snow covered path and they removed snow from the road. Now it is jeep able road for some distance hence dwellers of the area are still traveling by feet for 2 hours over snow bound path. They also demanded from district government of Chitral for opening of remaining part of Madaglasht road immediately because in present position it is not possible to travel by that road in case of emergency so many problems can be create.
PPPP workers lambaste president, Secy
Colleagues and workers lambasted PPPP Chitral district president Zainul Abedin and Gen Secy Muhammad Hakim Advocate for being unfaithful to the party. At a meeting called by the two to explain their position in the recent elections, colleagues openly condemned the pair for conspiring against the party and making it loose to benefit candidate of a rival party for whom they had soft corner. Dozens of party workers who barged into the meeting hall demanded immediate removal of the president and the general secretary.
It may be noted that during the election campaign some days back, thousands of PPPP workers had in a huge public meeting at Drosh unanimously declared removal of Zainul Abedin on charges of being insincere to the party and had appointed Shafqat Hussain Advocate as interim president of the party
