Ecotech Institute, the first and only college focused entirely on preparing America’s workforce for careers in renewable energy and sustainability, will host a “Clean Jobs Boot Camp” on Friday, November 9 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Veterans, active military, their families and the general public are invited to come enjoy a catered lunch, take a personalized tour, take part in exciting interactive demos, meet faculty and learn more about the vast opportunities in the cleantech jobs sector.
“We have found that military training and experience translates well to a wide variety of green jobs, offering a tangible way to enter a new form of service,” says Michael Seifert, president of Ecotech Institute. “This event is a way to bring green jobs to life in an interactive way where anyone interested in cleantech careers can come have fun and learn in the process.”
