Bellingham, WA – Aldrich Farms, a local jam, jelly and speciality sauce producer, recently launched a new product, just in time for the holiday season.
“We have been making a variety of artisan-quality jams, jellies and mustards for more than 13years, but this year I wanted to create something truly special for the holidays. Our Christmas Raspberry Chocolate Peppermint jelly was made with family gatherings and entertaining in mind. I even like to tell people this delicious jelly is personally endorsed by Santa and his elves,” shares Rich Buford, owner of Aldrich Farms.
The new jelly features raspberries locally grown in Washington State, a special blend of dark chocolate and a hint of peppermint. Buford says that his customers love to serve it on top of cheesecake, ice cream, scones, and French toast.
Aldrich Farm’s new jelly can be found for a limited time only at Northwest Gifts, next to Cost Cutter at 4131 Meridian Street, Bellingham. It is also available at Bellingham Farmer’s Market and on the company’s website www.aldrichfarms.com. Buford adds, “Just like Santa, this jelly will disappear after the holidays but return again next year.”
