The European Union will enhance their students to travel

 20% of VET graduates or program will have to take some out.

This goal set for 2020, has only an advisory not mandatory.
Spain is one of the EU countries with the highest number of Erasmus, though still below the European average VET student mobility.
 
 
For 2020 , one in five graduates (or higher level FP) must have studied or done internships abroad, as agreed by the Ministers of Education of the European Union (EU).
 
 
This target was set with an advisory not mandatory. The intention is that mobility is becoming a common practice among students of the Member States.
 
The period abroad must be of 3 months ‘duration or equivalent to at least 15 European credits (ECTS).
 
For trips abroad means the participation in an Erasmus in a European country or the rest of the world , and the implementation of practices within other community job placement schemes, such as Leonardo scholarships.
 
As for Vocational Training (FP) medium grade, 2020, the 6% of graduates aged 18 to 34 years should have a study or internships abroad for at least two weeks.
 
These periods may be lower if they are recognized within the Europass , the community model and curriculum development. Spain is currently one of the EU countries with the largest number of students participating in the Erasmus program, but is below the European average mobility of students in VET.
 
To analyze the progress of countries and encourage the achievement of the objectives , the EU statistical office ( Eurostat ) shall draw up indicators.
 
Teachers, "in the future"
 
The text agreed on Monday by the education ministers of the 27 also indicates the possibility of establishing ("future", of course) goals and indicators of mobility for teachers.
 
The ministers also adopted conclusions other text on language learning, in calling for action at national level to improve that education aimed at increasing mobility and employment opportunities.
