MICROSOFT FIRM ON BID TO ACQUIRE YAHOO
Chris Lidell,Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft said that they are still standing firmly on
their bid to acquire Yahoo for 4406.60 million dollars, and Microsoft has given time to
Yahoo to decide till 26th April,2008(tomorrow).Microsoft has the capacity to raise the bid
but he was not in favour of it.If no deal is finalized till the end of this week,we will look
for other alternatives.
Microsoft reserves the right to pull back from the bid as well as reach directly to Yahoo’s
shareholders.
