Main reason of causing stress
Stress and irritation are such a kind of things which can cause you by many sought of things. This things are getting rise due to continuous cycle of our day to day life cycle. Now whenever you notice that some sought of stress is killing you just try to sought of things very early otherwise our soul happiness and our behaviour with the fellow citizens and also one thing we have to keep in mind we have to live the habbit of giving excuses to our all this type of problems.
In our normal life also we fill like that there are no things we do in our life that causes stress but its wrong.. Stress can be cause by anything it is not necessary that stress can only be caused by the work load, there are many ways by which stress can be caused.
For e.g Suppose we are working in a office for 8 hours in a day, Now every day the workload in office get varies a lot. Suppose if there is any important meeting or work configuration in office than we have to work accordingly in that position and if there is no work load then we just pass our time sitting there any how.
Now take 1st option i.e when we have no work in office, Means no big load of running here and there. Now in this condition also a human can get stressed out by sitting 8 hours a day at same place, he/she can also be stressed out if he has to do only one type of work in no load days. If due to some reasons we seat in our offices at such a places which are 24 hours crowded with people like canteen and other machinery labs our head gets totally disturbed and it tries to find the shelter some where and as it dont get any shelter stress leads to the irritation.
Now take other option i.e when we have many work load in our office due to heavy meetings and other association of the peoples, Now in this case our mind gets busy in doing each and every thing. It tends to work at great speed in that direction but as slowly and gradually that time is passed then we feel like a sick person because our mind is not willing to work in that direction and hence we feel like stress and irritation occurs.
Symptoms of Stress and Irriatation
Symptoms of stress and irritation are very common, In initial stage we fill like a lethargic person and we get will to let our work pending for hour, day and even months. Then due to some reason our effeciency in that work is getting retarded, We choose the best way of escaping from that work hence due to such action it might be possible that our colleauges or other employes feels very negatively for ourselves.
As this small feeling makes us poor efficient in work, all the things that are related with this work are also getting slow and increasing very gradually and finally when we see that our form is getting worsen then we are frustrated on that work and also we get irritated on ourselves and hence our behaviour also changes and we get totally changed. We start to forget all our daily duties and we also forget our religional and social virtues that we follow every day.
so my dear friends its said that before all this things get worst we must improve ourselves and try to act affirmatively in our life.

1) Try to give your 100% to wherever you are working.
2) Its is not neccessary that everywhere you all gona get success only hence sometimes we must have habbit of facing the troubles also.
3) If we are unable to face troubles then just try to match this troubles with our favourite action i.e if we are feeling troubles limitless then compare such troubles with our competitors in our day to day life behind whom we try to prove our best.
4) Always have a feeling of laughing and enjoyin yourselves….If you feel stress and irritate then laugh at yourselves and try to laugh at your this feeling..I guarantee this will help you to get stress out.
5) Dont feel like giving curse to god and yourselves while lying in misery because that curse is not going to help you infact that curse will make you more depressed and then maybe your working lifestyle can get even worst.
6) Always when in anger you just try to count the numbers from 10 to 1 and see how change can come…I guarantee at next count till 0 you will feel better person.
7) Always have a group with such a persons which are leading a happy life so that you can gain many things from them like joy, laugh and no tensions…Dont just try to live with very public fobia persons
8) Everyday before work, After work and in between work chill yourselves with music and such stuff so that mind can get very hip hop and active.
9) And secondly always have a practice of sleeping in regular hours because if body is not happy then mind also not going to be happy.
10) Have other hobbies like dancing jogging, playing sport everyday, reading music etc
11) According to me you just buy one ipod and then start to rock n roll on every beep of that music you will feel better. Assume as if you are working on stage and you have to enjoy your viewers and then see the magic how efficiently you complete your each and every tasks.
12) If then then also you are feeling like boring then i must say that perform this activity for just 1 week and then see the difference because after 1week i m sure you going to get addict to this things and dats it your work is done….
13) Finally its not stress that kills us but its our reaction to it how we manage it, that really matters
14) Also dont get angry every now and then because thats the quality of animal, if getting anger then just runaway to somewhere out of work so that you can get time to rebuild yourselves
